Growing Up Coonass

So it's official. I've joined the ranks of Perez Hilton and Stephen Colbert. What could those two have in common you might ask. They're both famed bloggers. I'm mediocre, at best, but isn't mediocrity what we should all shoot for anyway? What could I possibly blog about. Well, there's the typical laundry list of movies, music, reality TV, celebrity gossip, a personal look into my daily life. Sigh, all things that some might consider remotely interesting yet nothing I'm about to spend 10 minutes each day talking about. Instead, I've chosen to write about Growing Up Coonass, living in the armpit of America, a little town I like to call home, New Orleans.
